‹ Return to Laser Skin Resurfacing

My patient is a 44 year old female complaining of tired looking eyes and her acne scarring getting worse. On examination, she was noted to have some skin laxity and facial volume loss which created some darkness under her eyes and made the acne scars appear deeper. She also had significant extra upper eyelid skin that made her eyes appear smaller and difficult to apply makeup. She underwent an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, with facial fat transfer and CO2 laser skin resurfacing, all under local anesthesia. Here she is 8 months after her procedure looking amazing and feeling great. You can see the under eye hollows appear lighter, her acne scarring and sun spots are improved significantly and from the added volume in her cheeks, she also has a more defined jawline. Her eyes appear more open and youthful.*
