How we are keeping the office safe

  • Temperature check upon arrival for all patients and staf
  • COVID PCR swab and antibody testing required for surgical patients
  • All patients must self-screen temperature for three days prior to procedure
  • All patients must fill out wellness questionnaire prior to their visit
  • Patients receive paperwork electronically to reduce the use of office iPads
  • All patients brought directly into a consult or procedure room
  • Our team ensure no cross-contamination of linens or medical waste
  • Patients to wear a mask to the office; sanitize hands when entering
  • All staf will be in PPE
  • Family and friends to wait outside the office
  • Heightened disinfectant protocols throughout office after every patient including use of UV light in rooms
  • Limiting number of patients seen per hour per provider
  • Only 2 providers in on the same day
  • Only the provider will be in the room with the patient
  • Patient screening questionnaire 24 hours prior to all visits
  • Staggered breaks for all staf to minimize contact
  • Decreased number of patients seen in office daily
  • No walk-ins accepted
  • Patients should wait in the car and will be texted when ready
  • Hand sanitizer dispensers available in each room
  • One-way patient flow system throughout office
  • No handshakes or hugs at this time
  • Minimal amount of staf in the office
  • All CDC guidelines are followed
  • Staf will be tested every 1-2 weeks
  • All follow up’s will be done virtually
