Although we always prefer to see our patients in person for a consultation before a surgical procedure, we understand that it isn’t always possible or practical. Maybe your schedule is simply too packed, or you live too far away. Our patients come from around the country and around the world, which is why we are pleased to offer virtual consultations for those who need them.

To consult with Dr. Madnani, there is a $350 consultation fee prior the the call. To consult with a Patient Coordinator, Physician Assistant or Nurse, there is a $100 consultation fee. This fee will get applied towards any procedure/treatment scheduled with us.

We are fortunate that our office and providers are in high demand. We make it a priority to not overbook our schedules to ensure that each patient is given the adequate time that they deserve.

Therefore, we have the following policy: Failure to cancel your appointment within 48 hours will result in forfeiting your pre paid booking fee, and the booking fee will not be applied to future appointments.
